Central Chemical Consulting developed a cement based render for a construction industry client. The render was part of an insulated wall cladding system. The product development involved formulation and testing a variety of materials and additive combinations to give the desired render properties. The work was successful and a render that met the client’s needs was developed. The composition and detailed instructions for its manufacture were provided to the client. Central Chemical Consulting also provided advice on scaling up the production of the render.
